Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.

Eligibility for Refund

  • You may request a refund within 14 days of purchase if you are not satisfied with the product provided it has not been excessively used.
  • Subscriptions may be cancelled with a full refund within the first 14 days of the initial subscription date. No refunds are provided for subsequent renewal periods.
  • Products that are downloadable or considered digital content are not eligible for refunds once they have been accessed or downloaded.
